Yes you have chances to get into NITs of your home state if you are eligible for this with your rank position in JoSAA rank list and valid certificate for nativity in Andhra Pradesh. You have to register for JoSAA which starts by second week of June. Once the procedure starts and called for counselling, you can check when and at what rank the admission occurs for Home State Quota. If you have ranks inside opening and closing ranks when call comes for HOME STATE (HS) Quota you are eligible.
