Hi,

Candidates who have graduated in science stream subjects like B.sc/B.E./B.tech are eligible for doing Masters in Animal Sciences. As you have done B.sc in Agriculture,so, you are eligible for taking admission into M.sc Animal Sciences course in your desired institute.

Yes. You can definitely take MSc in animal science or horticulture or animal husbandry or any similar course after your bsc in agriculture.
If you have a very good performance and grade in bsc agriculture, you will definitely get MSc in the above mentioned courses.
There are few colleges that offer these courses. So try a government college than a private colleges
