Interested eligible candidates are offered admission to the course in India mostly on the basis of the score attained at the 10+2 level. However, some institutes in the country offer the course based on the candidate’s performance in a relevant institute-specific entrance test. Often subsequently, two additional rounds of Group Discussion and Personal Interview are held for assessment of the candidate’s general aptitude for the course.

BSc. in Psychology: Career prospects---

Clinical psychology is a vital, part of treatment in hospitals and clinics. A Clinical Psychologist treats patients suffering from grief or chronic psychological issues. Hello,

Yes, anyone from any stream can do this course. There is only one condition that you must have completed 12 with minimum 50%.

Psychiatrists primarily deal with mental disorders. For Psychologists, it is just one branch. Psychiatrists are medical doctors and thus they mainly work in healthcare settings such as hospitals, mental health clinics or private practice.

Admission into Psychology Certificate courses is not so complicated like Bachelor and Master degree courses. There are no such entrance exams required for getting admission to these courses.
