I can't understand your question.  There is no need of any appointment after admission. The college authorities will do their process and they will let you know after the admission and mail you all the important details.

there is a process for joining and after taking admission you will get all the details for class commencement and guide for other works and activities too.

Why you need government appointment.  There will be no need for this. you will be guided by the college authorities and they will tell you should be your work or agenda.
