The eligibility for BSc Computer Science are:

• Must have passed 10+2 with 45% marks in aggregate.
• Must have Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as the compulsory subjects

The eligibility for BSc Electronics are:

• Must have passed 10+2 with 45% marks in aggregate.
• Must have Physics as a compulsory subject in 10+2. Although some colleges ask for Mathematics.

So partially you are eligible for BSc Electronics but not for BSc Computer Science.
