No, you can not submit your obc certificate after JEE mains registrations . A valid OBC-NCL certificate as per the prescribed format, issued prior to the registrations, should be uploaded for availing the benefits of OBC-NCL category.

You can submit your OBC-NCL certificate after registration of jee main but you will have to give declaration in lieu of OBC certificate  whose format will be available on the business rules given by Jeemain.nic.in on their official website.

You will have to submit the certificate at the time of registration of last attempt.

Make sure you make one after 1st April,2022 as the OBC certificate issued after the above mentioned date is considered valid during counseling.
