Hey Pattapogula! Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) conducts the Counselling and Seat Allocation Process for  31 NITs, 25 IIITs, and 28 Other-GFTIs. All the candidates who have cleared JEE Mains cutoff are eligible for registration in JOSAA counselling but it is not compulsory that every student will be allotted a seat in the process.
