Dear Alex, in 2018, under State Quota, 333 marks was the cut off for SC Caegory under AU area for Private Dental Colleges and 380 was the cut off for Government Dental College. This is 2018 data. This year the cut offs have gone way higher. So with a score of 363, unfortunately you cannot get a seat in a Government Dental College but you might have a shot at  Private Dental College.
