Admissions to the Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) course in Maharashtra is usually possible through MHT-CET however. BPT admissions through MHT-CET are typically based on NEET marks. Considering you have 20 NEET marks, even management quota seats in a private body or education institution would be impossible by admission for government body or institution or reputed private body or institution. The fee structure for BPT is generally as follows:

1. Government Colleges: 25,000 - 50,000 per year
2. Private Colleges: 70,000 - 1,50,000 (beyond management quota could also be higher).
