You can't get an investment banking profile straight after your graduation. You can get a supporting position like associate analyst or analyst profiles and work as a junior member in an investment banking firm. Thereafter you have to climb up the ladder of organisational hierarchy but getting a MBA would certainly help expedite that process. A certification like CFA would work in this case as well.
