Yes, its true that lateral entry in 2nd year of b.tech  is possible in College Of Engineering ,Pune.
But the candidate must have completed Diploma in Engineering at different polytechnic institutes in the state of Maharashtra.
So if you fulfil the criteria then you are eligible fir admission else not.
