yes you can there is no issue if you don't have maths , you can give CAT entrance exam , but you have to really work ard because Quantitative apptitude is the part of CAT Entrance exam .

YES, you can surely appear for CAT but remember that CAT Paper has QUANTITATIVE APTITUDE which is highly scoring section and is completely based on 11th and 12th MATHEMATICS.
