Yes, you can surely appear in IIT JAM examination even if you're a student of B.Sc. Physical Science student with chemistry as one of your subjects.
You can also appear for IIT JAM physics provided that you fulfill the eligibility criteria and have studies physics in your graduation as one of the core subjects.
You can give IIT JAM as you fulfill the criteria for MSc mathematics, chemistry and physics.
