Admission in any government or private medical  dental colleges will only be done on the basis of your NEET score except for AIIMS and JIPMER colleges. So you will have to appear for NEET entrance exam for taking admission in private college for dental course. And for that your NEET should be around 450-480.
So prepare well.!
