yes, you can apply for both exams because the eligibility criteria is same

eligibility criteria for msc agriculture: The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture or Horticulture or Forestry from a recognized university in India andalso have passed the degree with minimum 50% marks.

eligibility criteria for agri-business management: Graduation in agricultural science, agricultural engineering, or other agri-based subjects with a Minimum score of 50%

Some of the Entrance Exams for M.sc Agriculture are:

AGRICET: application forms are available online from May/ June and the exam is held in July.

ICAR AIEEA:The application forms are available online in February and the exam is held in April.

MCAER PG CET: The applications are available online in the month of March and the examination is held in May.

Some of the entrance exams for abm are held in:

• Institute of Agribusiness Management, Delhi
• Carlton business school, Hyderabad
• Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Management, Shillong

the dates for all the exams are not released yet. you need to follow the websites for individual entrance to know when they are being held. usually they are not held on the same day and also many entrance exams are available for both options so you can appear for both.
