The admission to agriculture programs is based on. 

• State common entrance test
• Icar all india admission test
• Institute wise entrance

There is no way you can get an agri seat through neet.

No you cant, as NEET is an exam for medical, BDS and veterinary and not for agriculture yet, thought there have been speculations that it might but for now it isnt. So MHT CET is the only option.

Of you are interested in medicine, dental and veterinary then you can apply through NEET.

Let me clarify to u that NEET UG gives admission oly to medical and dental courses and not to Bsc courses.

so these two things are different and you cannot apply for agriculture through NEET UG
