Yes, you can apply for du admission 2020 registration while studying in 1st year when you meet the eligibility criteria for the specific course in any college of the Delhi University. But you will be only eligible to take admission in the college, if you withdraw you current enrollment of 1st year. You aren't eligible for the multiple admission for studying in DU.

No, you cannot apply for DU admission for undergraduate or postgraduate courses while you are in first year of your qualifying exam. For undergraduate programs you must have passed 10+2 or appearing in 10+2 examination in 2020. For postgraduate course you must have passed bachelor's degree in relevant field or must be appearing in the final year exam in 2020. You can apply after passing the qualifying exam.
