No, You need to qualify JEE Mains and secure a rank within 250,000 to be eligible for JEE Advance. Without Appearing and Qualify JEE Mains you cannot go for JEE Advance.
You also need to have Physics, Chemistry and Maths as mandatory subjects in class 12th. Minimum 75% aggregate in all 5 subjects of class 12th is required. Your Date of Birth should also lie on or after October 01st 1995.
