You can apply for Jee Mains 2019 on the basis of your 12th marks only if your are born on or after October 1, 1993.

Eligibility criteria for jee mains:
The candidates should have appeared for Qualifying Examination in present and past years.
Candidates who will be appearing for the final exam in the year are also eligible but they need to submit the certificates before the due date.
In Qualifying Exam, the candidate must have studied at least 5 subjects.
Candidate must have done HSC i.e class 11 and 12 with subject physics chemistry mathematics.

Your diploma in elementary education will not be considered in for giving jee exams.
