i have diploma in 2017 and 12th in 2015 can i apply for JEE MAIN 2019 in Diploma base and if yes how ?

You will have to fill the jee application form on the basis of your 12th record as diploma aspirant are not allowed to fill the form.

its mean yes i can apply . but some people saying iam not eligible for that because of 12th passout time.
