For joining ISRO as a scientist you need to have a degree of MSC atleast. But with BSc physics degree you can join as Technical Assistant.  ISRO allow you option of part-time/correspondence study, after completing Msc you can get promoted to Scientist-SC. To join as tecnical assistant you need to clear the entrance exam conducted by the ISRO.
