You are a bit late as a person should be stydying in B.SC first year to apply for KVPY. In your case, you are not eligible to apply for the same as  you have already cleared the B.SC first year. To know more, check KVPY eligibility criteria 

Dear Ritesh,

  Since you have completed your 1st  year of B.Sc, you are eligible only if you have secured a minimum of 60%  (50% for SC/ST/PWD) marks in aggregate in MATHEMATICS and SCIENCE subjects (Physics/Chemistry/Biology)  in the XII Standard Board Examination. In the 1st year final examination of B.Sc. you must secure 60% (50% for SC/ST/PWD) marks before taking up the fellowship, if awarded.
