Yes ofcourse you can apply . If you have completed your graduation in art .
Then you can easily apply for the JNU .

Yes, why not. If you are from arts background then it will be easier for you to crack entrance comparatively.

For those 30 seats more than 2500 applicants apply so you have to be ready for this cutthroat. Just go through all the details about the entrance of the 'liberated" arts course.
