Yes you can apply for the management seat in non domicile state if you are of SC category. You scored very nice marks and they are applicable in other state too.

Management quota and NRI quota helps to get seats in the college's but the fees is lakhs of money .

However you should be aware of the fact that if you are looking forward to get an admmadmis through the management quota then you will not receive any benefits of your category.
