dear applicant,

you can apply for both but not simultaneously, as all india 15% quota counselling starts early than state 85% counselling. Moreover if you enroll your self for the second round of all india counselling then you wont be able to take part in state counselling so analyse first and take your call.If you take part only in the first round of AIQ counselling then you can surely take part in the 85% state counselling. for further details do visit this link provided.
