Dear Aakash, if you hold domicile of 2 states, you can apply for State Counselling of both the States. But if you hold domicile of one State you can apply for State Counselling of that particular State only. Please go through the domicile criteria of both the States in question to understand whether you qualify for both States' domicile. Because any mismatch or misunderstanding of your domicilenwill result in suspension of your admission.
