You can definitely apply in the University of Delhi but whether you will get admission or no,is a uncertain. As the University of Delhi is the most sought after institution in country to pursue bachelors the competition is really high. However,if you wait for the subsequent cutoffs,you may get a college but of course not a good one. So,it's better that you apply for DU SOL.

Sorry to say but you Class 12th Marks are very low to get admission into any college affiliated with Delhi University. Based on the previous year cutt-offs you can't even get lower colleges of DU also. I would suggest you to take admission in some other good private institutions which are doing good in academic as well as in placement field.

Delhi university is one of the prestigious university of our country and it takes a lot of efforts to get admission in Delhi university. There are different eligibility criteria for different courses in Delhi university but coming to the cutoffs,  a mere  62% isn't enough to get you admission in Delhi university. You won't get any course at such percentage.
