Yes you can apply for NEET after your First Year in BSc course. The eligibility of NEET is that the candidate should be minimum 17 years of age and maximum 25 years of age for Open Category and maximum age limit for Reservation category is 30 years of age. So yes you can apply for NEET during your BSc course.
