Yes, since graduation is the minimal need, you are qualified to register for the CS Executive Programme after passing your final year of B.Com. Candidates who have finished their BCom coursework are eligible to enrol directly in the CS Executive programme.

Twice a year, the CS entrance exam is held. The CS Executive exam application has no upper age limit. The age requirement to pursue the Company Secretary/Executive programme is nonexistent. The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) has requirements that must be met in order to be enrolled in the course. Three programs—the foundation programme, the executive programme, and the professional program—make up the cours e.
