You haven't mentioned your query is for which university, but I presume it's for IGNOU, the last date to fill June Term End Exam form is 15th June without late fees, if you have already submitted assignments for Dec Session then there is no need to submit it all over again, if you haven't then you have to submit your assignments for June Term End Exam for which also the last date is 15th June.
