Maximum eligibility criteria required for a workshop instructor:

10th pass and National Trade Certificate/ Diploma in the relevant Trade.

Must qualify the written test + skill test.

Workshop Instructor Exam Syllabus is based on ITI/Diploma standards’ examination.

So Yes you are eligible for this post.

Yes, you have eligibility criteria required for becoming a workshop instructor in most of states.
