The admission in Medical college in Telangana is through NEET. But when it comes to government colleges, there is no option of management quota or buying seats in Telangana . They are purely based on merits and ranks. Since it is medical college, the admission is totally based on NEET Marks only. All the best.

You cannot buy seat in government medical colleges. The management seats can be bought only in private colleges. There is no options to buy seat in government colleges. There are many private colleges where you can buy seat and get admissions. You can check the official website of the private colleges to know weather or not they provide Management seats.
