Dear Nitish, your Class X marks list foea not hold good. It only holds good for College admissions and proof for date of birth and not for a National Level Entrance Exam like NEET. For NEET, you need to carry a Identity proof which is valid across India. It can be either Aadhar Card/Voters Id/PAN Card. School card or college id are not allowed. If you do not take one among Aadhar card/Voter's Id/PAN Card, you will not be allowed to the examination hall. And a photocopy doesn't help. An original is required. If you don't have original of Aadhar card, you can try E-Aadhar card. You can download a copy of E-Aadhar card and take it along.
