As far as i know, you are not allowed to carry anything other than your admit card and Id proof and photograph inside the examination hall.
So you will have to make the necessary arrangement outside the examination center, to keep any of the items that you carry.
A strict frisking is done and nothing is allowed. Your cloths, ears, mouth, pockets, everything is checked and not even a handkerchief is allowed to be carried.
So i would suggest that you do not carry money to the examination hall.

genuinely it depends on the center , some of the them are very strict , they doesn't allow anything , many allows you. i have faced it but i placed it to a shopkeeper there .so i think you should go with bag if they didn't allow you ,may they allow to put bags there at final gate, if they didn't allow anything,you can easily put it to somewhere like me shopkeeper haha....! You will find many of them like those whose is in search where should I put my bags .
