I hope you are doing good . I will glad to say their is a good news for you and a big yes too . Yes you can change your branch easily after completing your diploma and if have scored good rank in entrance at the time of taking admission . But you must note that coming into core stream like cs or it you should have good academics records in diploma and good rank in entrance as these two streams are very high in demand.
