No, you can't change your category from sc to general after results has declared but if you not give the certificate of sc category at the time of counselling then you will automatically eligible for admission through general category.

As per official NEET notification you can not change your category from SC to general now. But do not worry you can get admission through your general rank i.e common merit list rank to any. You need not do anything for it,the counselling process itself determines which ranking will get you your preferred seat and takes that rank automatically.
So you can not and need not change your category.
