hope you are doing great. As per your query  I would like to say that BA (hons) and BA(regular) are two different courses like bsc and BA . Admission process ,cutt off are alll different for these two courses . If you want to change course,you have to apply all again which i think would not be possible once the admissions are over . Moroever ,you will have to loose your 1st sem fees of regular and have to pay amount of 1st sem of ba hons again if by any chance you get the seat
