Yes, definitely you can change or edit any of the information which is mistakenly updated in the application form of NEET 2019. Follow these steps for the same:

Step 1	Click on the link provided on the top of this page: https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-2019-application-form-correction-guide
Step 2	Login using the credentials asked: NEET 2019 registration number and password
Step 3	Now, click on button stating "Click Here for corrections in NEET 2019 application"
Step 4	Change the incorrect details in the form and click on 'preview and submit'

Yes you can.
The correction window dates are soon to be notified during which you can update/correct/change all the details except some basic ones. But you can definitely change your mailing address. Just keep an eye on the dates.
