Well don't worry about the mail because any msg regarding neet will send you on your mail as well as the Mobil number you filled in the application form .
If you want to correct your mail id then you can correct it when the corrections window will open at the site .
Dear Prodip, now you hav one time correction policy to your NEET Application when the window opens from 14th January to 31st January. However, there is certain data that can be corrected. Identification data, Date of Birth, Gender and State Codes of Eligibility are the only criteria that can be corrected as they may affect your merit category. The rest, unfortunately cannot be changed. However, if your mailing address is a concern, if you have entered your mobile no# and email id details, you will get your regular updates there. You can as well download your Hall ticket online as well...
