If the image is extremely blur or its unidentifiable then you can go for the correction of the image else, there are no need to change your photo. For correction you have to visit your college/school from where you are doing your 2nd PUC and they will give you the adequate form and info and then you have to fill it up and may have to submit in your regional Education Officers office or in the school. So if you wish to do so just contact your college.
