Yes you can go for both entrance as well as merit based admission in University of Delhi.
You can do that in a single application now.
If you have not submitted the form and haven't paid the fees yet, then for sure you can edit your application form but once the fees is paid, you can not edit it further.
You need to fill another form for that. And if necessary, you can contact the Help desk.
