Hey,
You can only 'claim' your admission in Swami Shradhaananda college if you have made it to any of the cutoff lists with your percentage. And if you failed to take admission in that respective cutoff,then you cannot claim your admission later. Moreover,you belong to General so you are not even eligible to apply under Special Drive as it is only for reserved candidates like Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe,Economically Weaker Section of Society etcetera.
And also your best four includes Physical Education,so there is chances of deduction. It entirely depends on the side of the college.
