You can not include physical education in best four subjects for bcom hons. If , you want to include the marks of physical education ,then there will be a dedyction of 2.5% . Or , you can only include marks of physical education if you want to study a course in physical education.

Of course, but you have to deduct 2.5% from your best 4 in order to add physical education .
