Hi Akshat,
Most of the seats for this year have been filled up especially for the general category. You have missed the cutoff for b.com by close margins. There is slight hope if a sixth cutoff list is released, you need to wait for a few days to know that.
If you include PE in your best of four for B.com, you will face 2.5% deduction. In that case your admission chances for b.com are very low.
