Dear Student,

Pearson IIT foundation books are good . These books are not for CBSE ,these are specially designed for IIT -JEE . But at some point its language is hard and also it contains some out of syllabus chapters.

But in its new edition the extra chapters have been deleted. Also these books have some high level good thinking problems. You can go with these books for IIT JEE  , but in my opinion these are not suffiicient.

Along with these books you can choose many other top books whose language is more easy than this. Below I am naming some books which are recommended by toppers of JEE Advanced.

Physics :

• Concepts of Physics by HC Verma ( vol 1 and vol 2 )
• Understanding Physics by DC Pandey
• Problems in general Physics by IE Erodov

Mathematics :

• Plane Trigonometry by SL Loney
• Mathematics by Cengage publications
• Differential Calculus by Amit M Agarwal

Chemistry :

• Modern Approach to Chemical Calculations by RC Mukhrjee
• Organic Chemistry by OP Tondon
• Concise Inorganic Chemistry by JD Lee

Go with pearson books , but also select some books from these also.
