Yes, you can now pursue one regular course with another correspondence course, as per the recent guidelines of UGC it has allowed candidates to pursue two courses simultaneously, but the only condition is one is to be done through regular mode and another through correspondence or distance learning, so in your case as you wish to do JBT through regular mode and BA Mathematics through correspondence, you can go ahead with this option, just make sure that the university from which you're doing correspondence course is recognized by UGC and the course is valid.
