You cannot pursue any 2 courses through Regular mode at any one given point in time. But UGC has allowed Candidates to pursue 2 courses at a time given one is Regular mode or full time while the other course is through Distance mode. In this case, because BPT cannot be pursue through Distance mode, you have to join a Regular college for the same. You should have completed your 12th with Physics, Chemistry and Biology as your core subjects. On the other hand, Cardio Vascular Technology is a course that helps you in assisting physicians in diagnosing and treating cardiac conditions which means an up close and intensive knowledge of the Heart's anatomy along with Circulatory system are very important. And so this is important to be studied in Regular mode and not through Distance mode. So in your case, just to answer your question, studying BPT and Cardio Vascular Technology at the same time cannot be possible. But what you can do is, complete your BPT and may be take up Cardiothoracic Specialisation in your MPT.
