Yes, you can go for bsc in computer science even if you didn't have computer in your 11th and 12th. Computer science b.sc is a good choice which brings a lot of career opportunities with it self. Go for it if you are really interested in computer. Don't worry even if you didn't have computer in 11th and 12th you won't fall behind as everything students study in class 10 will be repeated from the beginning in college

Just learn a few basic things of computer like

MS office

Start learning a programming language i would suggest learn c and then python

Yes you can BSc in Computer Science if you have not studied and you did not have IT subjects in in your intermediate classes.

But having i must tell you that some of the colleges give first priority for admission to those students who have studied computer science subjects in their 11th and 12th.

The eligibility criteria of BSc in Computer Science say that the student must have done 12th in Science stream with PCM from a recognized board, while some colleges prefers those students more who had computer science subjects in 11th and 12th.
