Hope you are well yes you can definitely pursue your B.tech and M.tech in field of civil engineering but as you were talking about to pursue MBA  after your M.tech get completed  then here I would like to tell you that MBA is a management course , there is nothing like someone can done their MBA in civil stream bothn management courses and engineering courses are poles apart , after completing your btech and mtech , you can go for MBA but it think that is of no use as you will be already holding a masters degree .to pursue P.HD in civil engineering further you will be required a bachelors and masters degree in field of civil engineering which i am assuming will be statisfied as per your plan

talking about MS then MS and M.tech both are same , its just like in foreign countries we call M.tech as MS

Yes you can go for mtech or mba or with mtech first then mba or MS and then MBA, or MTech then PHD or Mtech MS then PHD.

All the courses mentioned are a possible route to take if you are a civil engineering student in the btech.

If you want to study more about your engineering then Mtech/MS are a good option and if you then want to go for the management side, then MBA is a good option. If you want to be in the research field then PHD is good option, so it depends upon where you want to go in the future,
