Yes, you can do two UG courses (B.Tech. & B.A.) at same time but the condition is that one of the the study must be in regular mode and 2nd course must be in distance learning or online. You can also study these two courses in different Institutions as well. This has been approved by University Grants Commission known as dual degree program approval. UGC has now allowed candidates to pursue two degree courses simultaneously however only condition is one is to be done through distance mode, and another through regular mode, hence you can definitely go ahead with BTech and BA course at the same time, it's just that you have to choose to do one course through distance mode and another through regular mode depending on your preference for the same.
